SMS Terms & Conditions

How you opt in

You can opt in to text messages from D&M Group Enterprises on our contact page. The contact form has two separate checkboxes:

  • Customer care text messages (optional) — replies to your inquiry, scheduling of calls and property walkthroughs, offer status, and closing updates.
  • Marketing text messages (optional) — follow-ups about selling your property and updates on the homes and areas D&M Group Enterprises is currently buying in.

Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and both are optional. They are independent: ticking one does not opt you in to the other, and you can send the contact form without ticking either. We only send a category of message if you opted in to that category.

Program terms

By opting in to receive text messages from D&M Group Enterprises, you agree to the following terms:

  • If you opted in to customer care text messages, you may receive recurring transactional messages related to replies to your inquiry, scheduling of calls and property walkthroughs, offer status, and closing updates.
  • If you opted in to marketing text messages, you may receive recurring marketing messages related to follow-ups about selling your property and updates on the homes and areas D&M Group Enterprises is currently buying in.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers include most major U.S. wireless carriers.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time.
