• Property and transaction information: details about a property and the terms of any offer or sale, which we need to evaluate the property and complete a purchase.

Mobile information and text messages

Mobile Information. We collect mobile phone numbers to send you customer care text messages (replies to your inquiry, scheduling of calls and property walkthroughs, offer status, and closing updates) and marketing text messages (follow-ups about selling your property and updates on the homes and areas D&M Group Enterprises is currently buying in) via SMS text message, with your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
