What we do

D&M Group Enterprises buys homes directly from their owners. We focus on fix-and-flip renovation and wholesale real estate, which means we're set up to buy houses that don't suit a conventional sale: properties that need work, homes that have been inherited, rentals an owner is ready to be done with, and houses that need to sell on a fixed timeline.

Because we pay cash, there's no mortgage approval standing between an accepted offer and a closing date. Because we plan to renovate or place the property with another investor, we can buy it exactly as it is. And because we pay the normal closing costs and charge no commission or fee, the number in your written offer is the number you can plan around.
